We have two different programmes designed for school leavers looking to take their first step into the world of work.
Firstly, we offer apprenticeships for students looking for a permanent job that enables them to enhance their skills by earning while they learn and gain certified professional accreditation.
We also offer a gap year traineeship programme, which provides a way for school leavers to gain experience of the workplace to help them determine whether to stay on full time or to head off to university at the end of the year.
Both of these programmes provide opportunities for school leavers to make an impact from day one in roles across the breadth of our business. Both programmes enable school leavers to develop the skills and understanding to succeed in taking the first step in their career.
