Pearson College London Ben will talk about degree apprenticeships at Pearson College London - from application to completion and graduation. In the course of his session, Ben will discuss the College's experience providing apprenticeships with a variety of companies, from state broadcaster the BBC, to corporate giants such as IBM and Unilever, to SMEs like The Square and Get Geared. He will discuss the challenges of getting onto a scheme, as well as the bumps in the road and pitfalls lying in wait for those successful candidates lucky enough to secure a place. He will also talk freely about the pros and cons of a degree apprenticeship versus a normal degree.
