Thames Valley Police (TVP) are introducing new apprenticeships across both Police Officer and Police staff roles, the variety of opportunities available to join the UK’s largest non-metropolitan Force has never been greater.
TVP will soon be launching a new Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship (PCDA), a Degree Holder’s Entry Programme (DHEP) and PCSO Apprenticeship (PCSOA). These routes will enable entrants to receive practical on-the-job learning alongside academic achievement while earning a competitive salary.
Apprenticeships are an established way of recruiting into many departments at TVP, with opportunities already offered in the following departments; Forensics, People Services (HR), Corporate Communications (Public Relations and Digital Communications), Learning & Development (Training), Finance and Accountancy, Motor Vehicle Maintenance and ICT.
